About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within the designated territory in Alabama. This role focuses on promoting OmniMax International's building products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work collaboratively with the Consumer Distribution Team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Distribution Team to implement sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and training for customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the building products industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
