The Territory Sales Manager for Alabama at Molnlycke Health Care is a field sales role focused on promoting and selling the company's Wound Care portfolio. The role emphasizes driving sales development, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with distributors to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients and expand business with existing customers through the introduction of new products and presenting product information.
  • Work with Distributor management and sales representatives to coordinate sales and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems through contact with the customer service department.
  • Maintain effective customer relations within the assigned territory to ensure satisfaction.
  • Complete sales administration activities such as maintaining customer records and preparing routine reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • 3+ years of successful Medical Device/Supply experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required credentialing, including COVID-19 vaccinations.
