Join Our Team as a Territory Sales Manager! Sunflower Communities is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager in the Twin Cities Metro area, specifically covering Mankato and Northern Iowa. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, along with uncapped commission opportunities for each resident admission. As a family-owned business dedicated to providing exceptional housing opportunities for seniors, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of aging adults. In this position, you will be responsible for driving outreach efforts for our Assisted Living communities. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources. You will connect with community organizations and healthcare workers through calls, meetings, events, and outreach initiatives. Additionally, you will meet with prospective residents to provide them with comprehensive information about our care options and community amenities, guiding them through the admission process to ensure a smooth transition into our community. Requirements

  • Familiarity with DHS guidelines for customized living and residential care services.
  • Ability to self-motivate and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
