About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Bracing and Support at DJO, LLC is responsible for expanding sales of the company's products in the North Washington region. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, managing sales activities, and executing strategic business plans to achieve financial and market goals. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in orthopedic sales, and involves significant travel to various healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales goals and objectives through designated accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and device users.
  • Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects to customers and patients.
  • Assist with equipment delivery, set-up, and service as needed.
  • Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory.
  • Utilize SalesForce to maintain contacts, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Maintain strategic call plans to drive positive sales results.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.
  • Proactively address competitive threats and provide product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Orthopedic Sales preferred.
  • Experience in medical sales preferred.
  • Experience calling on hospitals preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
