In this role, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives for your assigned territory, which includes penetrating accounts with our product, solution, and service offerings. You may identify, develop, and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals. You will guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals. Building and cultivating long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations will be crucial. Additionally, you will assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, which may include developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for sales channels. You may also lead team reviews and updates of account plans based on changing market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives for assigned territory by penetrating accounts with product/solution/service offerings.
  • Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.
  • Develop, build, and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, including developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for sales channels.
  • Lead team reviews and updates of account plans based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years in a healthcare field sales with 3+ years in capital equipment, specifically in imaging or diagnostic ultrasound.
  • 3+ years experience in cardiology.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
  • Experience working with sales quotas and forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Success with shorter, high transactional sales cycles.
