About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Cardiovascular Ultrasound at Siemens Healthineers is responsible for achieving business objectives within the assigned territory. This role involves developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, executing strategic account plans, and collaborating with channel partners to meet sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives for assigned territory, including product penetration.
  • Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to meet business goals.
  • Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, including forecasts and budgets.
  • Lead team reviews and updates of account plans based on market and customer conditions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years in healthcare field sales with 3+ years in capital equipment sales, specifically imaging or diagnostic ultrasound.
  • 3+ years experience in cardiology sales.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, or Miller-Heiman.
  • Experience working with sales quotas and forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with shorter, high transactional sales cycles.
