The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for communicating and collecting accounts receivable, working closely with the credit department to ensure all balances are collected based on approved credit terms. Additionally, the role requires the development of new business by identifying prospective customers through market intelligence databases, business directories, and participation in trade shows and conferences. The Territory Sales Manager must stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings, sharing this information with customers as part of the value-added services provided. The position requires frequent travel to existing customers and prospects, which may involve lifting and carrying items weighing up to 75 lbs. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
