About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Pro-Vac is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographic territory in Colorado. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and developing strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive sales experience, particularly in business development, to connect Pro-Vac's services with new communities, ensuring the company's continued success in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Connect Pro-Vac's services to communities in Colorado and beyond.
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the specified territory.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences during the sales cycle.
  • Generate new accounts through marketing, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Provide estimates to prospects using pre-defined proposals and follow up on requests that have not closed.
  • Complete outbound calling to old customers for new projects and leverage marketing activities to work with leads.
  • Identify opportunities to create more value for customers by working cross-functionally.
  • Educate contacts with insights and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, ground protection, or environmental services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing integrated sales teams.
  • Knowledge of selling services and specialty industrial equipment to contractors, engineers, and government/municipalities.
  • Experience in a quota-driven sales environment with documented success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in CCTV and outside sales.
  • Familiarity with hydro-excavation services and infrastructure processes.
  • Existing relationships in excavation services.
