Frequent travel is a key component of this role, as the candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads and maintaining relationships with clients across the assigned territory. In this position, the Territory Sales Manager will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with clients, making a minimum of 10 in-person sales calls per day to spirits retailers. The role also includes merchandising products and point-of-sale materials, participating in trade shows, and conducting product demonstrations. The candidate will need to track and report sales in an organized manner using the Karma app and communicate effectively with team members while in the field. Strong motivation to learn about the spirits industry from the ground up is essential, as is the ability to manage time effectively and solve problems as they arise. The position requires a proactive approach to generating potential leads for future sales and growing the assigned territories. The candidate will also be responsible for managing an allocated monthly travel and entertainment budget, as well as a local sales activation budget.
