About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at ICP Group is responsible for driving sales of ASTEC products in a high-potential market, focusing on fluid-applied membrane systems for sustainable restoration. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven sales track record to engage with contractors and key influencers, manage accounts, and provide technical support. The position involves regular reporting through SalesForce CRM and necessitates travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the Pittsburg and Richmond, VA market.
  • Create and work from a written business development plan for the industry and markets serviced.
  • Travel the extent of territory on an as-needed basis.
  • Train customers by performing live product demonstrations, remote learning, and educational presentations.
  • Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities.
  • Interact with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-up and sales reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections.
  • Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients and small businesses in construction and installation markets.
  • Construction experience as an installer, especially in roofing and roof coating products is a major plus.
  • Read/Write experience in all aspects of a project specification process preferred.
