This role requires a candidate with technical expertise, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic components, as well as industrial automation components. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing these components to various sectors, including automotive, municipal utilities, aerospace and defense, healthcare, heavy equipment, foundry and steel, telephone line blowers, and dryers for cell phone towers. The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in preserving and growing existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities. A strong background in outside sales is essential, with a proven track record of successfully building and managing a sales territory. The candidate must possess a strong mechanical aptitude, with a preference for those who have experience in pneumatics, although candidates from other industries with a solid technical background will also be considered. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Sales Manager will act as a sales representative until a new representative is hired, ensuring continuity in client relationships and sales efforts.
