About the position

The Territory Sales Manager position at National Dentex is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX, focused on driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships within the dental industry. The role involves executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage effective sales strategy to reach or exceed account growth and revenue expectations
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Coordinate sales efforts with leadership and technical service groups
  • Partner with dental customers to assist in the success of their practice and the success of our laboratory

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Professional outside/field sales experience preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of the dental industry and dental offices
  • Computer skills with all MS Office products
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to analyze potential markets and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong professional, ethical and personal integrity
