About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle at Stryker is responsible for driving sales and market growth within the South East London and Kent territories. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key surgeons, ensuring that sales objectives are met and exceeded. The position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies while representing Stryker as a leader in the medical technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for accounts within the defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage high-volume sales activity and drive market growth.
  • Implement cross-divisional strategies to capture new business growth.
  • Analyze data and trends for planning and forecasting sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Successful sales experience with a track record in medical sales, ideally within orthopaedics.
  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience in team collaboration and workshop/demonstration skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of budgetary issues in surgical procedures.
  • A full, valid UK driver's license.
