About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle is responsible for driving sales and market growth within the South East London and Kent regions. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key surgeons, ensuring that sales objectives are met and exceeded. The position requires a proactive approach to managing high-volume activities and implementing strategies for new business growth, all while representing Stryker as a leader in the medical technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for accounts within the defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive market growth in line with expectations.
  • Implement cross-divisional strategies to capture new business growth.
  • Manage high-volume sales activities effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Successful sales experience with a demonstrable track record in medical sales, ideally within orthopaedics.
  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Demonstrated experience in team working.
  • Workshop/demonstration skills and training skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an appreciation of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures.
  • A full, valid UK driver's license.
