About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for HVAC is responsible for developing and maintaining customer and dealer relationships within a designated territory. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction with HVAC residential systems, improving sales skills, and executing national sales programs to drive business growth. The position requires collaboration with dealers and adherence to state and federal laws while working in a team environment with both office and field responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Understand HVAC residential systems thoroughly.
  • Develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships within an assigned territory.
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide customer service expertise and support for pricing, quoting, credit terms, and orders.
  • Present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives to drive new business.
  • Collaborate and execute regional business growth plans and coordinate dealer support events.
  • Perform all company functions in compliance with State and Federal laws and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of HVAC/R industry experience, specifically in residential systems.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC/R contracting business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
