About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territories of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with orthodontists and their teams, ensuring the successful promotion and utilization of Ormco's orthodontic products and solutions. The manager will develop strategic business plans, analyze territory performance, and engage with customers to meet sales goals while providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Win, expand, and retain Ormco business within each assigned account.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with customers.
  • Influence doctors and staff to purchase and utilize Ormco's digital product portfolio.
  • Create and implement sales and educational strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Meet with orthodontists and staff regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
  • Conduct complete territory analysis and planning to achieve revenue goals.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to organize customer meetings and discover needs.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Establish and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and report on market intelligence.
  • Review customer complaints and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay informed about new products in the market and improve personal sales skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management.
  • Ability to travel 30% overnight.
