About the position

Leviat, a CRH company, is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the Southeast Region, covering multiple states. This critical role involves servicing and growing sales with both new and existing contractors and distributors. The successful candidate will partner with engineers, architects, and the Leviat Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered concrete connection products. The position requires the utilization of CRM and Business Intelligence software to effectively manage the territory and track sales performance. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate a history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates. High-performance sales experience in the construction industry is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with distributors and concrete contractors. Excellent communication skills are necessary, as you will be responsible for coaching and educating customers, dealers, and the inside sales team on product offerings. An innovative spirit is also crucial, as you will work cross-functionally to develop organizational growth concepts and ideas. Candidates should possess a Business or Engineering degree or equivalent experience, along with familiarity with CRM and Business Intelligence software, such as SalesForce and Tableau. A willingness to travel across a multi-state region, estimated at 50%, is required. The ideal candidate will be amicable, strategic, creative, confident, organized, and analytical, ready to take on the challenges of this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in the Southeast Region covering multiple states.
  • Service and grow sales with new and existing contractors and distributors.

Requirements
