Leviat, a CRH company, is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Southwest Region, which encompasses multiple states. This pivotal role involves servicing and expanding sales with both new and existing contractors and distributors. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and the Leviat Business Development team to enhance demand and specifications for our engineered concrete connection products. Utilizing CRM and Business Intelligence software will be essential for managing the territory effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates. A proven track record in high-performance sales within the construction industry is crucial, with a preference for experience working with distributors and concrete contractors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to coach and educate customers, dealers, or the inside sales team on product offerings. An innovative mindset is necessary to work cross-functionally in developing organizational growth concepts and ideas. Candidates should have a Business or Engineering degree or equivalent experience, along with familiarity with CRM and Business Intelligence software such as SalesForce and Tableau. A willingness to travel across the multi-state region, estimated at 50%, is also required.
