Responsibilities

  • Manage Trade Show contacts to generate sales growth.
  • Proactively prospect for new customers and maintain relationships with established clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department on custom applications within the territory.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals as a team leader and player.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers and various software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal direction needed.
  • Strong cognitive reasoning skills to see solutions beyond initial steps.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding.
