About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for the Inland Empire region will be responsible for driving sales of roofing and waterproofing services. This role emphasizes a culture-first environment where personality and potential are valued. The position involves meeting clients, generating leads, and representing the company at various events, all while being supported by a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales for repairs, maintenance, waterproofing, and re-roofing services across the territory.
  • Manage current customer accounts and generate new leads through networking and outreach.
  • Make phone calls and arrange in-person meetings with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at board meetings.
  • Host client events and lunches to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in outside sales.
  • Experience using Salesforce for sales management.
  • Proven track record in account management and acquiring new business.
  • Familiarity with the HOA industry is desirable.
  • Background in construction or roofing sales is advantageous.
  • Must be based in the Inland Empire area and able to travel.
