About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for the Inland Empire region will be responsible for driving sales of roofing and waterproofing services. This role involves managing existing customer relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. The position is based in Corona, CA, and requires a proactive approach to sales, including in-person meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of repairs, maintenance, waterproofing, and re-roofing services across the Inland Empire territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and generate new accounts.
  • Conduct phone calls and arrange in-person meetings with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at board meetings.
  • Host client events and lunches to promote services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in outside sales.
  • Experience using Salesforce for sales management.
  • Proven track record of account management and winning new business.
  • Familiarity with the HOA industry is desirable.
  • Background in construction or roofing sales is advantageous.
  • Must be based in the Inland Empire area and able to travel.
