The Territory Sales Manager position at Victaulic is focused on providing HVAC and plumbing solutions within the commercial building services market. The role involves extensive customer interaction, relationship building, and project management, requiring a deep understanding of Victaulic's products and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to educate customers on the value of Victaulic's offerings while managing a balanced distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Victaulic's products and solutions to assist customers effectively.
• Integrate into local trade organizations and professional associations to enhance industry presence.
• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, including sales goals and strategies.
• Execute all phases of project management from inception to after-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project owners.
• Educate customers on the value of Victaulic products through presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with engineering or technical degrees being desirable.
• Previous sales experience in value-added products/services, preferably in commercial construction or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the PVF industry (pipes, valves, fittings) or mechanical products.
• Demonstrated achievements in sales within the commercial construction industry.
