About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Kinetico of West Texas, focusing on the Lubbock to Amarillo territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by presenting and selling our high-quality water softener and reverse osmosis systems to both residential and commercial customers. You will also promote our KinetiCare program, which offers hassle-free preventative maintenance for our products. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, as you will be resolving customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be expected to meet agreed-upon monthly and annual sales targets. This will involve prospecting and contacting potential customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will need to create compelling sales materials to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up follow-up appointments to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing your time effectively to meet deadlines. The position requires travel within a 100-mile radius of Lubbock, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. A satisfactory background check and drug test are mandatory for this position.
