About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are always on the cutting edge of sales techniques and market trends. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have the opportunity to explore new markets. Your day will be structured to allow for a healthy work-life balance, with assigned days in the office for planning and face-to-face customer visits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service is paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to help you achieve this goal.

Requirements
