About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow your territory, which can be based anywhere within your assigned area, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the field. This includes four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program, along with weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to enhance your skills and knowledge. In this role, you will act as the "CEO" of your territory, managing accounts across various industries and having the opportunity to explore new markets. Your workweek will be designed for optimal work-life balance, with Mondays spent in the office planning your week alongside your peers, and face-to-face customer visits scheduled from Tuesday to Friday. You will be responsible for providing effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products to meet customer needs. Delivering legendary customer service is paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales team to assist you in achieving this goal. Your success will not only contribute to your personal growth but also to the overall expansion of Uline as we continue to grow and create new career opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.
  • Bring in new business opportunities.
  • Provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations.

  • Plan your week in the office on Mondays and conduct customer visits from Tuesday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license and a great driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
