As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. During this time, you will engage in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have the chance to explore new markets. You will design your workday to include assigned days in the office with your peers, where you will plan face-to-face customer visits, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, making recommendations from our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to assist you in achieving your goals.
