About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your territory with the support of comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. Your schedule will be designed to promote work-life balance, allowing you to spend designated days in the office with your peers while planning face-to-face customer visits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to assist you in achieving your goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
