About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Chipr is responsible for enhancing the company's presence in the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) sector by building strong relationships with property and leasing managers, assisting residents, and driving sales growth. This role involves direct engagement with customers, implementing sales strategies, and representing the company at property events to boost market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide sales support by assisting residents directly, ensuring solutions and installation follow-up.
  • Enhance market presence by representing the carrier as a brand ambassador at property events and engaging in field activities.
  • Leverage the company referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Report and analyze sales performance and market trends, optimizing strategies based on data.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit properties regularly.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
