  • Enhance market presence by representing the company at property events and engaging in field activities.
  • Leverage the company referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Report and analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have reliable transportation for regular property visits.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
