About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Chipr is responsible for enhancing the company's presence in the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) sector by building strong relationships with property and leasing managers, driving sales growth, and providing direct assistance to residents. This role involves in-person visits to assigned properties, implementing sales strategies, and representing the company at property events to boost market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide sales support to residents, ensuring solutions and installation follow-up.
  • Enhance market presence by representing the company as a brand ambassador at property events.
  • Leverage the company referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Report and analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have reliable transportation for regular property visits.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
