About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Atos Medical is responsible for achieving sales objectives in the medical device sector, specifically focusing on tracheostomy products. This role involves cultivating business partnerships, driving market share, and executing strategic sales plans to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and institutions. The position requires a deep understanding of the sales process within complex care facilities and the ability to navigate hospital ordering systems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Engage targeted accounts and develop a clear plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Navigate hospital ordering processes and understand demand patterns.
  • Understand the complexities of selling to complex care facilities and the impact on sales cycles.
  • Become a product expert and drive market share gain from competitors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives based on sales and marketing data.
  • Understand the customer's environment and identify key decision makers and their concerns.
  • Advance the sales process with targeted accounts to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis and understand financial business models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5+ years of Medical Device Sales experience
  • Valid US Driver's License and a suitable vehicle for travel
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50% and occasionally nationally or internationally
  • Ability to complete credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.
