About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Tracheostomy at Atos Medical is responsible for achieving sales objectives in a high-growth market by cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers and driving market share for Tracoe products. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical device industry, particularly in tracheostomy care, and involves consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic planning to maximize sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage targeted accounts and develop a clear plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Navigate hospital ordering processes and understand demand patterns.
  • Understand complexities of selling to complex care facilities and the impact on sales cycles.
  • Become a product expert and drive market share gain from competitors.
  • Implement strategies to maximize territory objectives by analyzing sales and marketing data.
  • Understand customer's environment and key decision makers' concerns.
  • Advance the sales process with targeted accounts to achieve/exceed targets.
  • Provide input to National Manager on sales processes and milestones.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis and understand financial business models.
  • Demonstrate consultative selling skills and present value propositions.
  • Plan call routines to ensure coverage of key accounts.
  • Utilize tools to maximize sales growth, including contracts and marketing directives.
  • Retain and grow business within the current customer base.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Communicate clinical and technical product knowledge during sales interactions.
  • Attend industry-related meetings for business development opportunities.
  • Organize and manage information using CRM tools and maintain sales records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of Medical Device Sales experience.
  • Valid US Driver's License and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Credit rating acceptable for extensive travel.
  • Availability for regional travel up to 50%, including occasional national/international travel.
  • Ability to complete credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.

  • Experience in consultative selling in the medical device industry.
