About the position

Atos Medical is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Tracheostomy products, responsible for achieving sales objectives in a high-growth market. This role involves cultivating business partnerships with key decision-makers, conducting product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth for our Tracoe product line. The ideal candidate will be located in the Northeast region of the US, near a major airport, and will engage with targeted accounts to develop and execute a strategic plan to meet sales goals. The Territory Sales Manager will need to navigate complex hospital ordering processes and understand demand patterns, as well as the intricacies of selling to complex care facilities and clinicians. This position requires a deep understanding of the US tracheostomy business, enabling the individual to become a product expert and effectively compete against established competitors. The role also involves analyzing sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities within the territory and ensuring timely advancement of the sales process with all targeted accounts. In addition to business acumen, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong consultative selling skills, planning their call routines to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers is crucial, as is the ability to identify key opinion leaders and influencers within hospital systems. The Territory Sales Manager will also be expected to maintain a high level of clinical and technical product knowledge, attending industry-related meetings and events as necessary. Administrative responsibilities include organizing and managing information using CRM tools, maintaining sales reporting, and managing expenses. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, along with a valid US driver's license and the ability to travel regionally up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of Medical Device Sales experience.
  • Valid US Driver's License and access to a late model automobile.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50%, with occasional national/international travel.
  • Ability to complete credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.
