About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Renewal by Andersen is responsible for leading and coaching a team of Design Consultants to enhance their performance and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves conducting regular sales meetings, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accountability standards to drive sales success in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching Design Consultants for improved performance and comfort.
  • Conducting a minimum of 4 ride-alongs per week with Consultants.
  • Managing and holding weekly sales meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Conducting at least one coaching session per week with underachieving team members.
  • Participating in weekly sales leadership meetings.
  • Providing written and verbal constructive feedback to Design Consultants.
  • Using company-provided reporting tools consistently.
  • Maintaining accountability standards and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior successful in-home selling experience and leadership preferred.
  • Ability to navigate various software platforms; experience with Sales Force is helpful.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and comfort with other Office platforms.
  • Strong servant leadership principles.
  • Strong customer service skills.
