The Territory Sales Manager position is a remote role based in Nashville, TN, focused on driving sales and building strong relationships with authorized dealers and dental professionals in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling on all company authorized dealers, developing business partnerships, and directing distributors and dealers to effectively sell the Ivoclar Clinical product line. This role requires a proactive approach to introducing new products and promotions, demonstrating the ability to gain market share through strategic initiatives. In addition to dealer engagement, the Territory Sales Manager will work to develop influential dentists as referrals and customers, ensuring effective communication with company management regarding these key relationships. Participation in local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminars is a critical aspect of the role, as is selling the Clinical product line to dental schools and establishing strong business relationships with directors and chairpersons. The position also involves participating in local dental study club product evaluation programs, with a minimum of four presentations annually, including product overviews to dental students. Familiarity with government dental facilities in the territory is essential, as the Territory Sales Manager will introduce Ivoclar products to personnel at these locations. Maintaining an effective and current sales plan for the assigned territory, including specific sales programs and competitive analysis, is a key responsibility.
