About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territories of North Minnesota and North Dakota. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with orthodontists and their teams, developing business plans, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals. The manager will focus on customer retention, expansion, and new account cultivation while representing Ormco's innovative orthodontic products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and acquisition activities to drive sales within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists and their professional teams.
• Develop business plans and territory-specific tactics to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to influence customer relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with orthodontists to promote products and gather feedback.
• Perform complete territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are met.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage expectations regarding product delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and report on market intelligence.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on customer needs and competitive products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management.
• Ability to travel 30% overnight.
