The Northeast USA Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will operate from a home office while traveling extensively within the territory. This role is crucial for driving business growth in the region by leveraging existing customer relationships and actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, goal-oriented team player who is looking for a rewarding and challenging opportunity with aspirations for advancement within BMI. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to execute sales plans and initiatives, maintain and grow existing accounts, and establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires meeting and exceeding annual budget revenue targets, implementing growth and marketing strategies, and proactively identifying potential new customers. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitive activity, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through optimum service and reliability. Participation in promotional and industry-related events is also expected.
