The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and rapidly growing new business and accounts, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the market and the company's product offerings. The Territory Sales Manager will engage in identifying, qualifying, and capturing sales opportunities through direct client interactions, market research, and presenting advanced integrated sales solutions. A strong emphasis will be placed on understanding market trends and adapting strategies accordingly. The role requires collaboration with engineering teams to design, modify, or update existing products, ensuring that the sales approach aligns with technical capabilities and customer needs. In addition to sales responsibilities, the position demands strong leadership and analytical skills to evaluate data effectively and make informed decisions. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Sales & Engineering leadership that develops and rapidly grows new business and accounts leveraging the complete Multilink offering.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and capturing sales opportunities by meeting with clients, performing market research, and presenting advanced integrated sales solutions.
  • Identify market trends where new and existing products can be utilized.
  • Work with Engineering to design, change, or update existing products.
  • Achieving sales objectives and quotas.
  • Negotiating potential opportunities and projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and the sales team to build strong working relationships with customers and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Telecommunication.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5-10 years of OSP Telecommunication Engineering or Construction experience required.
  • Thorough working knowledge of CATV, Telephone, or Fiber Optic Cable Networks or applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to develop and present comprehensive sales proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Engineering experience in data cable distribution systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong collaborator and adaptable to changing market trends.
