As a Territory Sales Manager for Ohio and Pennsylvania, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our innovative VR pain management platform to healthcare providers within the Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. This position is not just about sales; it’s about educating and demonstrating the value of our product to potential customers, many of whom may be unfamiliar with this novel technology. Your ability to build relationships and create excitement around our product will be essential for success in this role. In your first year, you will be expected to engage in persistent outside sales efforts, leveraging existing relationships within the VA and DoD while also forging new connections. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering sales leads and prioritizing your daily activities with minimal supervision. You will need to possess a strong understanding of reimbursement strategies for new products, as this knowledge will be crucial in establishing a solid book of business for our flagship product.
