The Territory Sales Manager - On Premise will be responsible for executing field-level strategies with excellence and providing channel expertise for the MJUS brand portfolio. This role involves managing resources such as point-of-sale materials and local budgets, supporting consumer events, and driving brand visibility in the on-premise market. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and influencing skills, enabling them to deliver effective brand education to accounts. The Territory Sales Manager will proactively manage distributor partners, engage in planning and programming, and solve problems related to the MJUS brand portfolio. This position requires a significant presence in the market, with 80-95% of the time spent in the field, averaging five days a week, with two administrative days per month. Preferred residency for candidates is in Maryland, particularly in areas such as Columbia, Laurel, or Bowie.
