About the position

The Territory Sales Manager - On Premise is responsible for executing field-level strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for the MJUS brand portfolio in the on-premise channel. This role involves managing distributor relationships, planning events, and ensuring effective brand education and execution in key accounts. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a significant amount of time spent in the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image in the market.
• Ensure excellent retail execution in key accounts.
• Build Jägermeister and Teremana business according to channel and brand standards.
• Contribute new ideas and solutions for distributors and retailers in the territory.
• Maintain visible, ongoing relationships with accounts and strategically grow sales volume.
• Identify key accounts and conduct staff trainings and tastings.
• Utilize BI and sales data tools to analyze ROI and understand business effectiveness.
• Motivate local distributor network to execute brand and channel priorities.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Proven success in formulating account strategies and executing against them to drive results.
• Willingness to learn selling the Jagermeister way.
• Strong relationship building skills and collaborative spirit.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed influence and negotiation skills.
• Frequent travel within territory required; must have valid driver's license and vehicle for travel.

Nice-to-haves

• College degree preferred.
• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
