About the position

ClearVision Optical is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding our established sales territory, which focuses on Nebraska and includes Wichita, KS. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with both existing customers and prospective optical offices. You will be equipped with innovative tools and technology, including a rep-inspired sales cycling app, to enhance your sales efforts. Our company prides itself on a culture of collaboration and support, offering interactive training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success in this role. In this position, you will engage in consultative sales approaches, helping independent eye care professionals grow their businesses while providing them with a robust portfolio of eyewear products. Our offerings range from pediatric frames to performance sunglasses, featuring top brands such as BCBGMAXAZRIA, BluTech Eyewear, and Steve Madden. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and will enjoy the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and continuously learn. Responsibilities

  • Expand business within the established sales territory focusing on Nebraska and Wichita, KS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospective optical offices.
  • Utilize technology and sales tools to enhance sales efforts and customer engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in consultative sales approaches to support the growth of independent eye care professionals.
  • Contribute to charitable initiatives through the CVO Cares committee.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales achievement in a related industry such as cosmetics, dental sales, or medical devices.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Interest in using technology and social media to enhance business results.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for selling and servicing customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outside sales within the eye care industry or related fields.
