Responsibilities

• Expand business with existing and prospective optical offices in Western North Carolina.
• Utilize dynamic tools and technology, including a sales cycling app, to enhance sales efforts.
• Engage in consultative sales approaches to support the growth of independent eye care professionals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to charitable initiatives through the 'CVO Cares' committee.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales achievement in a related industry such as cosmetics, dental sales, or medical devices.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Interest in using technology and social media to enhance business results.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to regularly carry sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs.
