About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Payroll/HCM is responsible for selling payroll and human capital management solutions to businesses within assigned territories. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and conducting both face-to-face and phone sales activities. The manager will also maintain client records and stay updated on industry developments to effectively meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and identify revenue opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to qualify leads and drive them through the sales pipeline.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and deliver online presentations.
  • Close additional product and service sales with existing clients to enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, including call notes and scheduled interactions.
  • Keep management informed of all sales activities through timely report preparation.
  • Continuously build knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales
  • B2B sales experience and cold calling experience
  • Demonstrated successful performance in previous sales roles.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $90,000-110,000
  • Commission compensation model
  • Minimum wage guarantee of $11.25 per hour for all hours worked.
