Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to represent our Barrette Outdoor Living and RDI Railing brands in the Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Long Island territories. This role is pivotal as it serves as the face of Oldcastle, working closely with the Regional Sales Director to implement strategies that drive business growth within the traditional two-step distribution channel. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for improving and leading sales efforts at retail lumber yards, assisting with product knowledge (PK) sessions, and managing special orders for Barrette Outdoor Living and RDI products throughout the assigned territory. In this position, you will coordinate and conduct training sessions for store personnel to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings. You will also represent MoistureShield at trade home shows, promoting our products and enhancing brand visibility. A key aspect of your role will involve investigating and resolving customer claims, thereby reinforcing relationships between customers and local stores. You will act as a liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units, preparing periodic sales reports that detail sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors to stay ahead in the market, while also being responsible for pull-through sales to builders, architects, and homeowners.
