Responsibilities

  • Understand the market landscape and develop strategies for territory development.
  • Call on window covering dealers and sales consultants to increase preference for Spring's products.
  • Facilitate dealer presentations and quarterly business reviews, including financial reviews and growth opportunities.
  • Provide training on new products to boost adoption among dealers.
  • Handle dealer problem resolution with diplomacy and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records and report expenses as required.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to expand product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling custom products and/or industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent sales personality with a passion for driving sales.
  • Basic understanding of human behavior and strong communication skills.
  • Good analytical and mathematical ability with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good driving record, as a company vehicle will be provided.
