Full-time - Entry Level
Seattle, WA
Health and Personal Care Retailers

About the position

Mixlab, a fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager who is dedicated to providing personalized care for pets and their owners. This role is crucial as it focuses on managing approximately 300+ accounts within one of Mixlab's core territories in the western United States, specifically the Pacific Northwest and West regions. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for exceeding sales goals through effective business planning and territory management, as well as setting productivity goals to drive success. The position involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients, which include veterinary hospitals and other animal-based medical service centers, to account management. This includes conducting outbound cold calls and emails to introduce Mixlab's compounding pharmacy solutions, performing needs analysis through various meeting formats, and nurturing existing relationships with clients. The Territory Sales Manager will also assist in onboarding new customers by demonstrating Mixlab's proprietary software and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition. Additionally, the role requires the creation of effective sales and marketing materials, input on product expansion opportunities, and maintaining an accurate customer database with up-to-date profiles and opportunity tracking. Participation in trade shows and events to qualify leads is also a key responsibility. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in the territory covered or to work within the same time zone, and it offers a competitive compensation package with opportunities for growth as the company scales following its recent Series A funding.
