About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Molnlycke Health Care will be responsible for driving sales development in the Post-Acute market across North Carolina and South Carolina. This role requires a motivated sales professional with a strong background in medical sales, particularly in the Post-Acute and Extended Care sectors. The position emphasizes building effective customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while promoting the company's Wound Care portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective customer relations within the Home Health / Post-Acute market to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with supply/materials management, distributors, and various end users within the extended health market.
  • Develop new clients and expand existing customer business within Post-Acute Care through the introduction of new products.
  • Present product information and explain product features and distinctions to clients.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with Distributor management and sales representatives to expand business opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems effectively.
  • Complete sales administration activities including maintaining customer records and preparing routine reports.
  • Analyze individual customer product mix and sales volume, and process orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • 3+ years of successful Medical Device/Supply experience with 3rd Party Billing Experience.
  • Winning attitude to achieve goals, team-oriented, and a patient-first mindset.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain the required credentialing, which may include COVID-19 Vaccinations.
