About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Molnlycke will be responsible for driving sales development in the Ohio and Michigan markets, focusing on the company's Wound Care portfolio. This role requires a motivated sales professional with a strong background in medical sales, particularly in Post-Acute and Extended Care settings. The position emphasizes building effective customer relationships, collaborating with distributors, and ensuring patient care is at the forefront of all sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective customer relations within the Home Health / Post-Acute market to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with supply/materials management, distributors, and various end users within the extended health market.
  • Develop new clients and expand existing customer business within Post-Acute Care through the introduction of new products, presenting product information, and explaining product features and distinctions.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with Distributor management and Distributor sales representatives to expand business opportunities and increase customer service.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems.
  • Complete sales administration activities such as maintaining customer records, preparing routine expense, sales, and activity reports, and processing orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • 3+ years of successful Medical Device/Supply experience with 3rd Party Billing Experience.
  • Winning attitude to achieve goals, team-oriented and a patient-first mindset.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain the required credentialing, which may include COVID-19 Vaccinations.
