As a key member of the Sales Team for Recovery Sciences, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The Territory Sales Manager at Enovis is a pivotal role focused on nurturing existing and potential customer relationships, ensuring sales growth for our Chattanooga & LightForce product lines. Operating in the field, you will engage in promotional activities, relationship management, and business development, expanding our reach and impact. You will cultivate customer relationships, engaging physicians, clinic staff, and device users while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clinical science and Enovis platforms. Conducting technical and clinical product education for customers, prospects, and patients will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as coordinating with technical engineering services to develop tailored solutions for customers. You will also attend national, regional, state, and local trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services. In terms of sales territory management, you will develop and execute a business plan that exceeds financial and market goals, utilizing Salesforce for maintaining contacts, opportunities, and outcomes. Managing a comprehensive sales funnel for sustained opportunities and efficiently planning and prioritizing sales calls will be essential to ensure maximum customer contact and drive sales through indirect channels. You will develop and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives, resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, and manage customer and dealer relationships effectively to meet sales objectives. Competitive selling will require you to proactively pursue competitive opportunities, converting them into business while defending against competitive threats and minimizing losses. You will need to identify underlying problems affecting performance and devise effective solutions, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to customers. Compliance with Enovis Compliance & Ethics Program and applicable regulations is crucial, as is maintaining strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) per HIPAA standards. You will also need to complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including expense reports, surveys, and business plans, while developing or using systems to organize and track information effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales, with a focus on territory management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical science and technical product knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
